A Taste of African Heritage blends nutrition and cultural history with simple, delicious cooking techniques, to inspire a whole new way of eating – through the “old ways.” This is a 6-week series class on the health benefits of eating a diet more similar to those of our ancestors and samples recipes each class to help familiarize those of us who have been cut off from this way of eating.
